Ice on Lake Ontario

Where islands provided shelter, Lake Ontario was frozen flat west of Kingston. Along its edge, chunks of ice were thrust up, and there were small pools of water. Nearby, the smooth ice provided opportunities for ice skaters and a lone ice sailer. HDR.
