Sunrise over the Parliament Buildings, Ottawa
There was a muggy heat haze in the air when I woke around 5:30 a.m. and looked out my window to see a fiery ball of sun rising. Still wearing just my underwear, I grabbed my camera and tripod, and rushed out onto my balcony to take this shot. I combined five exposures as an HDR. Hope no neighbours saw me.
