Reflection through the rails, Upper Canada Village

The stone flour mill is reflected in the mill pond at Upper Canada Village. It’s seen through a split rail fence, a typical style of fencing in 19th century rural Ontario. Upper Canada Village recreates life in the Loyalist communities along the St. Lawrence River in 1866.
