A cow moose cools off and feeds in a marsh in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, Kananaskis Country, Alberta. Moose can be seen feeding from pond bottoms in marshy areas, and are common in many parts of Canada. While this cow has no antlers, the bulls grow impressive spreading antlers and can reach of weight of 725 kg (1600 lb.)
